hi friends this ulundu vada recipe is very healthy, tasty & crispy snack , enjoy this medu vada with tea....
MEDU VADA RECIPE :
INGREDIENTS :
urad dal - half cup
raw rice - 1 spoon
onion - 1 finely chopped
green chilli - 1 finely chopped
Ginger - small piece finely chopped
Pepper corn - 10 nos
Curry leaves - a sprig
salt - as required
water - as required
METHOD :
1. Soak urad dal for 2 hour at least.
2. Grind urad dal with only little water till fluffy.
3. Now add chopped onions,ginger,green chillies and curry leaves and add all these to the batter along with salt .
4. mix well,keep aside & rest for half an hour.
5. Heat enough oil in kadai After the oil get heated ,start making vada ,First wet your right hand well and make a small ball.
6. Use your thumb to make hole in the middle,and drop it in oil,
NOTE -Be CareFul friends while dropping vada in oil .
7. Fry in medium flame,turn the vadaa's and fry till both the sides turn crisp and golden brown.
