My kids LOVE these and I am proud to make them because the main ingredient is zucchini, that's right., a vegetable dish my kids love! YAY! I hope you can try them very soon.

1 Cup Packed Grated Zucchini

1 Egg

3 Tablespoons Grated Onion

1/4 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Reduced Fat)

1/3 Cup Breadcrumbs

1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary

1/4 t Salt

Black Pepper to Taste
