Michael and Nicholas Testa are brothers that are not to be messed with in the kitchen. They are the sons of the owner of Carmines Pizza Shop in Jersey City, New Jersey, and they have learned by growing up in the restaurant, how to toss pizza like no other.

I have and it just pretty much flopped right down onto my entire arm. I guess pizza-making isnt for me. But, it is for the Testa family.

These two boys are already such family mengoing to work with dad so their mom can take care of their baby sister, and trying to get into the pizza business themselves already! They just want to keep up the tradition, and maybe make some more pizza history!
