Moong Dal Chilla - Paneer Stuffed Cheela - Healthy Recipe - Breakfast Recipe For Kids Tiffin Box

Ingredients

Split moong dal (without skin): 1 cup

Chana dal: ½ cup

Whole moong dal: ½ cup

Finely chopped green chili: 1

Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon

Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

For Topping

Sliced mushrooms: 100 grams

Oil: 1 teaspoon

Paneer: 100 grams

Salt and pepper to taste

Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation

For the Chilla: Wash the dal under running water, till the water comes out clean.

Then submerge it in water and leave it to soak for 2 hours.

Grind the dal in a food processor to make a fine paste.

Add salt, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and add more water if required to get the right consistency of a batter.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan and spread evenly.

Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan and with the help of a ladle, spread from the centre outwards.

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, paneer, mushrooms, salt and pepper and then spread it evenly and cover the chilla with a lid.

Cook for 2-3 minutes till its underside is browned and the mushrooms are cooked.

Then flip it and cook till the other side is golden too.

Remove the chilla from pan and pack it in the tiffin.

Dry Fruit Mix Powder for Kids Recipe By Food Fusion

Dry Fruit Mix Powder Recipe in English:

Ingredients:

-Badam (Almonds) ¾ Cup

-Pista (Pistachio) ½ Cup

-Kaju (Cashew nuts) ½ Cup

-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 2 tsp

-Sonth (Dried ginger) ½ inch piece

-Hari elaichi seeds (Green cardamom seeds) powder ½ tsp

-Brown sugar or Raw sugar ½ Cup (optional)

-Jaifil (Nutmeg) powder ½ tsp

Directions:

-In frying pan,add almonds,pistachio,cashew nuts and roast for 2 minutes.

-Add fennel seeds and roast for 1 more minute & let it cool down.

-In mixer,add roasted nuts,dried ginger and green cardamom seeds powder,grind well until fine powder (in batches) & take out in airtight jar.

-In mixer,add brown sugar or raw sugar and grind well & take out in airtight jar.

-Add nutmeg powder and mix well.

-Let it cool completely then store in airtight container.

-Can be serve with porridge,yogurt,cererals,milk,smoothies,shakes,desserts & sweets.

Important instructions:

For babies above 10 months and toddlers, start with adding ¼ TSP & slowly increase it to 1 TSP.

For children of 2 years & above, add 1 TSP to ½ TBS in milk, porridge or cereals.

This powder can be given to babies above 10 months, toddlers & children of all ages

Always check with your pediatrician before introducing any new food to your child.

Benefits:

Dry fruits are considered as one of the best weight gaining foods which help in proper growth & improve immunity.

They aid in digestion, improve hemoglobin levels in body, protect cardiovascular health & maintain healthy bones.

They are rich in unsaturated fats, protein, Omega - 3 Fatty Acids, Antioxidants, Vitamin E and Fiber.

Tips:

Store in airtight container/jar keep in refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Brown or raw sugar is optional & quantity can be adjusted.

Don’t over blend the mixture as the nuts may leave oil.

-Mixer mein brown sugar or raw cheeni dal ker ache tarhan grind karein aur airtight jar mein dal dein.

-Jaifil powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

-Thanda ker lein aur airtight container mein store ker lein.

-Daliya,dahi,cererals,doodh,smoothies,shakes,desserts aur sweets mein dal ker serve karein.

Every day we take a risk by eating food prepared in budget establishments where staff, often underpaid and extremely unsatisfied with their job, take little pride in the food they prepare. If you eat takeout regularly, it’s likely that without knowing it you have consumed a foreign object in your food – something not on the menu.

From rogue insects in McDonald’s beverages, to suspect substances in KFC chicken, there really is no safe place. But before you swear off fast food and commit to a healthier alternative, you need to watch this shocking video of a Pita Pit employee brazenly spitting in a customer’s sandwich… or maybe don’t if you ever want to be able to eat a pitta bread again without feeling nauseous…

You have to see it to believe it…

According to the customer, they entered the restaurant at 2 am, an hour before it closes, to order a pitta. However, upon walking through the door, the employee behind the counter became hostile and “racist” before complaining that she’d had a “bad day” and “didn’t want to be at work.”

Immediately after the shocking clip went viral, Pita Pit in Missoula, Montana, took to Facebook to issue a formal apology to the customer. “We are shocked and saddened by the early morning incident that took place in our restaurant,” they wrote, before continuing to type: “This employee’s behavior does not represent who we are as a family or a business. It also does not represent the Missoula community. As a business, we are community involved and support many local organizations.”

According to the branch’s Facebook page, the staff member seen in the video footage is no longer employed by the restaurant. “There is no excuse whatsoever for the type of behavior shown by an employee that I can assure you is no longer working for us,” the restaurant added.

The Cambridge Analytica scandal continues to roll on. As it does, people are becoming more and more aware of just how much data Facebook has on them.

One easy (yet slightly horrifying) way to see it all in one place is to request all of your Facebook data as a zip file. A lot of people have been trying this over the last week, and have been pretty shocked by how much of their information the tech giant has.

While most people would expect Facebook to have data on how they use the app, they're a little shocked to discover it has access to everything from all the contacts on their phone to a record of every text message they've ever sent or received, even if they don't use Facebook Messenger. But that's not all Facebook has.

"They have plundered my phone. They have phone numbers of people who aren’t on Facebook," British actor and writer Emma Kennedy wrote on Twitter

"They have phone numbers of household names who, I’m sure, would be furious to know their phone numbers are accessible. I’m appalled."

Other Facebook users have had the same experience.

It would be easy to dismiss these as unusual cases where users haven't set their privacy settings properly. But it does seem to be fairly typical. Developers and techies alike are reporting the same thing. Even people who claim to have their privacy settings locked down like Alcatraz during a visit from the President are finding that Facebook still has a lot of information on them stored away.

One developer from New Zealand downloaded his data, which he shared on Twitter.

After creating script to record statistics of his cell phone records, he found Facebook had records of:

  • Over 700 distinct calls, with data on whether these were incoming, outgoing, or missed
  • The duration of each call 
  • 1,369 SMS messages, with data on whether they were sent or received
  • Both failed and drafted messages

Dylan McKay, who created the script, has made the code available on Github for anyone who would like to make sense of their own Facebook data.

But the amount of data Facebook has stored on you doesn't stop there, unfortunately. Recently a news reporter checked out his own data.

“It included scanned copies of lease forms from a previous rental property I must've sent to my buddies over Messenger, my current tenant ledger report, an old monthly billing statement for my home broadband, screenshots of banking transfers and seemingly endless web pages of all the banal conversations I have ever had on the platform,” he wrote in the New Zealand Herald.

“It's an odd feeling to think that, in some ways, Facebook knows you better than you know yourself.”

Quick And Healthy Snacks Recipes | Quick Non-Fried Snacks For Kids

In this video I have shared 5 quick and healthy snacks recipes.These are non fried Indian snack.

The recipe of sweet tamarind chutney

================================

4 oz piece tamarind

3/4 cup hot water

1/4 cup packed jaggery date or packed dark brown sugar

1 teaspoon coriander seeds

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon anise seeds

1/2 teaspoon hot chile powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Gently mash tamarind with water in a small bowl until pulp is softened. Force pulp through a sieve into a 2- to 3-quart saucepan, pressing on and then discarding seeds and thick fibers. Add sugar and cook over low heat, stirring, just until sugar is dissolved, then return mixture to cleaned bowl.

Toast coriander, cumin, and anise seeds in a small skillet over moderate heat, stirring, until fragrant and a shade darker, about 2 minutes. Cool completely, then finely grind in grinder. Stir spices into tamarind mixture along with chili powder and salt.

BANANA HALWA RECIPE-BANANA PUDDING WITH SEMOLINA-HEALTHY HALWA FOR KIDS

INGREDIENTS

Riped bananas 3

Suji/Semolina or rawa 1 tbsp

Sugar 2 tbsps

Black raisins 1 tsp

Cashews 1 tsp

Pumpkin seeds 1 tsp

Ghee 2 tbsps

Rose petals 1 flower

Cardamom powder little

PROCEDURE

Heat ghee in a pan, add all the dry fruits and fry them till they turn golden brown. Take these fried dry fruits into a cup and keep them aside. In the same ghee add semolina or suji and fry till a nice aroma comes. While you are frying the suji, in a jar add bananas, cardamom powder and sugar. Grind them to a smooth paste. Then add this banana paste into the pan and mix thoroughly. Keep stirring for 7-8 minutes till the mixture becomes thick like halwa. Add rose petals and fried dry fruits into this halwa, mix well and fry for a minute. This yummy and healthy banana halwa is ready to serve.

Today's video is a healthy apple zucchini muffin recipe that is easy to make with the help of your kids. Coconut oil gives this simple healthy zucchini muffin recipe some yummy, healthy fats, and the zucchini sneaks in some extra vegetables and nutrients into your toddler's diet. These muffins are so easy to make and are a good snack idea for kids and moms alike, to keep stored in your fridge for easy, healthy snacking all week long.

The recipe:

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

4 tbsp agave syrup

2 cups whole wheat flour

1 cup oats

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp ginger

2 tsp cinnamon

1 large zucchini, grated

1 medium apple, grated

Mix all wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and grated zucchini and apple. Stir until combined. Grease mini muffin tins with coconut oil spray and then put 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin hole. Bake for 12 minutes at 375.

Ingredients:-

Chopped mixed vegetables: 1 cup

Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons

Grated cheese: ¾ cup

Mixed herbs (can use pizza seasoning): 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon

Chilli flakes: ½ teaspoon

Olive oil: 2 teaspoons

Water: 1.5 cups

Whole wheat pasta: 1 cup

Chopped garlic: 2-3

Salt to taste

Method of preparation

Heat oil to a pressure cooker, add garlic and saute it well

Now, add mixed vegetable and saute it for 2 minutes

Add salt, spices, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, and cheese to the mix. Stir it well

Add water and pasta. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and don't put the whistle on, let it cook on high flame till the steam starts building. Switch off the flame and let it cook for about 5-6 minutes

Pack the delicious vegetable pasta in your kid's tiffin box.
