A very good substitute for pizza ..... easy to make and quite healthy.
INGREDIENTS :
6 slices of brown bread or white bread
1 large yellow capsicum chopped into small square shape pieces
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
200 gms paneer cut into small cubes
Tomato ketchup
1 tsp chaat masala powder
Some oregano
Some red chilli flakes
Black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
Grated mozzarella cheese
Ghee or butter for roasting
Marinate paneer cubes with 1 tsp chaat masala powder, black pepper powder and salt .
METHOD :
Take a slice of bread apply some tomato ketchup and spread well.
Add some chopped yellow capsicum , some boiled sweet corn kernels, 6 to 7 cubes of marinated paneer, generously add grated mozzarella cheese, sprinkle some oregano and red chilli flakes.
Prepare all th bread pizzas to be tosated in similar way.
Heat up a non stick trying pan and apply very little ghee or butter . Spread it properly.
Place slices of readied bread for toasting.
Cover with a lid and allow it to toast for a minute or two so that all the cheese melts. Take care that the bread doesn't burn.
Bread pizza is ready.
Prepare all the bread pizzas in such manner.
Serve with chutney or ketchup.
