Sweet Corn chaat/Bhel is Healthy ,quick Snack Recipe for kids and even for grown up .
Sweet Corn Bhel/ Chaat
Ingredients
2 Cup sweet corn
1 small chopped tomato
1 medium chopped onion
1 or 2 medium boiled potatoes
1 tbsp chopped coriander leave
2 TSP lemon juice
Chopped Chilli
2 tbsp mixture
1 - 2 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri Lal mirch powder salt to taste
black salt 1/2 teaspoon
Butter 1 tsp
1. Take a pan with 1 tsp butter,let it melt
2. Saute for 5 - 6 minutes in medium to low flame
3. take a bowl and chopped 1 small tomato,1 small onion
4. 1 medium boiled potato chopped,and fryied sweet corn
5.mix well,Add 2 tsp chaat masala,salt ,1 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder,black salt , chopped coriander leaves, Chilli
6. now add 1-2 teaspoon lemon juice
7. now I am going to add mixture or if you don't have the mixture you can add gram flour sev
8. now your sweet corn bhel or chaat is completely ready serve it immediately and enjoy this chatpata chat or bhel
