Healthy coconut balls - Kids snack box

Hi, Today I shared a healthy snack recipe for kids. Hope you all like it.

Ingredients

Coconut 1 cup,

Roasted moong dhal 1/2 cup,

Sugar as per need,

Elachi 5-6,

Ghee 3tblsp

Preparation

Grind moong dhal ,elachi and sugar.

Keep little flour out

In remaining flour add coconut and grind

Add ghee and grind

Make balls and dust

Healthy Coconut balls is ready

Recommendations:

Use fresh coconut instead of ready made
