VANILLA FRUIT DIP
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened goat yogurt of full fat greek yogurt
2 tbs or to taste of honey or maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit to serve
Directions: combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well! Enjoy :)
PALEO SESAME SNAPS
Ingredients:
2 cups sesame seeds
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
pinch of pink salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Roll out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
VEGAN CHOCOLATE FUDGESICLE
Ingredients:
2 cups full fat coconut milk
8 medjool dates, pitted or 1/3 cup honey
1/2 medium avocado
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pink salt
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Run under warm water to remove. ENJOY!
