Corn Chat Recipe/ Very instant & Easy/ Tasty-Chatpata-Healthy snacks for our kids

Corn Chaat is very instant & easy recipe for snacks, which is very tasty, chat-pata & healthy. Corn/ Bhutta/ Makka is high in dietary fiber which helps in blocking cholesterol absorption by turning into a gel-like consistency whereas insoluble fiber prevents constipation and intestinal problems. Anemia is caused due to the deficiency of vitamin B12 and folic acid. Corn contains a significant amount of these as well as iron, which is one of the essential minerals required to form new red blood cells. Corn have proven to be effective in reducing the signs of diabetes.

For 4 Person :

Ingredients :

Corn (Makka) 250 gm

Tomato (finely chopped) 1 medium size

Onion (finely chopped) 1 medium size

Sev/ Bhujiya 2 tsp

Greeen chilly (chopped) 4

Red chilly sauce 2 tsp

Black salt 1 pinch

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Chaat masala 1 tsp

Black pepper powder 2 tsp

Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Salt to taste
