2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
100g / 1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp plain flour (can use gluten free)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp seed and goji berry mix
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
To top: dark chocolate and goji berries
