Ingredients:-
Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
Whole wheat noodles (cooked): 1 cup
Chopped onions: 1 tablespoon
Shredded bell peppers: 1 tablespoon
Chopped ginger: ½ teaspoon
Soya chunks: 2 tablespoons
Bell pepper strips: 2 tablespoons
Carrots julienne strips: 1 tablespoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Grated cheese: 2 tablespoons (10 grams)
Chopped coriander: 1 teaspoon
Salt & pepper to taste
Chopped ginger: 1 teaspoon
Moong sprouts: 2 tablespoons
Egg white: 1 cup
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the veggies, soya chunks and salt with the chopped ginger. Add the noodles and toss it well
Now, add the moong sprouts, pepper, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and coriander. Mix it well
Take a mixing bowl, add egg whites and salt. Whisk it together
Heat a pan, add the noodles mixture to the pan. Add egg white mixture and top it with cheese. Mix it well
Steam the mixture for a few minutes
Transfer the cake to the tiffin.
