밥전 레시피 Rice pancake recipe
재료: 양파, 당근, 애호박, 밥한공기, 계란 2개
1. 양파를 잘게 자를게요.
2. 애호박도 잘게 자를게요.
3. 당근도 잘게 자를게요.
4. 달걀을 깨서 풀어주세요.
5. 큰 볼에 밥 한 공기, 잘라둔 채소와 계란을 섞을게요.
6. 마지막에 약간의 소금으로 간을 하면 구울 준비 완료입니다.
7. 프라이팬에 식용유를 약간 두르고 숟가락으로 동그랗게 만들어 노르스름 할 때까지 구우면 밥전 완성입니다.
Tip! 만약 간이 좀 싱거우시다면 케찹에 찍어 드셔도 되요.
간단하고 아이들 한끼 식사나 간식으로도 손색없는 밥전입니다.
