BANANA HALWA RECIPE-BANANA PUDDING WITH SEMOLINA-HEALTHY HALWA FOR KIDS
INGREDIENTS
Riped bananas 3
Suji/Semolina or rawa 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsps
Black raisins 1 tsp
Cashews 1 tsp
Pumpkin seeds 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsps
Rose petals 1 flower
Cardamom powder little
PROCEDURE
Heat ghee in a pan, add all the dry fruits and fry them till they turn golden brown. Take these fried dry fruits into a cup and keep them aside. In the same ghee add semolina or suji and fry till a nice aroma comes. While you are frying the suji, in a jar add bananas, cardamom powder and sugar. Grind them to a smooth paste. Then add this banana paste into the pan and mix thoroughly. Keep stirring for 7-8 minutes till the mixture becomes thick like halwa. Add rose petals and fried dry fruits into this halwa, mix well and fry for a minute. This yummy and healthy banana halwa is ready to serve.
