Looks like there's drama in SoCal.
As we reported, Shannon Beador split from her husband David after 17 years of marriage — which really wasn't a huge surprise if you've ever seen RHOC.
Last Friday, the two reached a temporary settlement in their divorce, which has seemed to cause a bit of a stir on David's end. The 53-year-old reality star was awarded joint legal and physical custody of their three daughters as well as $22,500 per month for temporary non-taxable child and spousal support.

People reports David was "shaking with anger" and "spewed profanities at Shannon" after hearing the judge's ruling, as he is concerned that the settlement would bankrupt his company.
Apparently, he took matters further by turning off the water in Shannon's home that she shares with daughters Sophie, 16, and twins Stella and Adeline, 13. Court documents say that the mom of three is "responsible for all of her own expenses commencing forthwith," so it sounds like David it getting right down to business.
It's important to note that the children will "primarily reside with Shannon," but no official scheduling has been outlined:
"The couple not elected to establish a custody schedule at this time. They shall communicate with one another to ensure the children are appropriately cared for at all times, and endeavor to impose uniform rules for the children regardless of which parent is caring for the children at any given time."
David had nothing to comment, but Shannon said she's ready to move on:
"As David and I continue our divorce proceedings, I'm doing everything I can to move things efficiently along so that our three children are not subjected to unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I want to be as fair as possible. I remain focused on a clean resolution and have no interest in engaging in a war of words."
Another court date is scheduled for July where the settlement may be adjusted. We'll keep you posted.
