Rainbow Yogurt Popsicles written recipe

Ingredients

32 ounces annie's plain or vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen and defrosted

1/2 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen and defrosted

3/4 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen and defrosted

1 1/2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen and defrosted

1/2 cup black berries, fresh or frozen and defrosted

1 3.53 ounce pack acai, defrosted

Preparation

1. Place raspberries and 1/2 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Divide evenly between 12 large popsicle molds and freeze for 5-10 minutes.

2. Place mango and 1/2 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Pour on top of raspberry mixture in popsicle molds, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.

3. Place pineapple and 1/2 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Pour on top of mango mixture in popsicle molds, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.

4. Place spinach and 3/4 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Pour on top of pineapple mixture in popsicle molds, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.

5. Place blueberries and 1/2 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Pour on top of spinach mixture in popsicle molds, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.

6. Place blackberries, acai and 1/4 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Pour on top of blueberry mixture in popsicle molds, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.

7. Place popsicle sticks in molds and freeze overnight.
