Ingredients:-
Boiled potatoes: 3 medium
Soya granules: 1/4 cup
Finely chopped onion: 2 tablespoons
Cumin and coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1.5 tablespoon
Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped coriander leaves (Optional)
Method of Preparation
Prepare the filling: Heat the oil, then add the onions, cumin and coriander powder
Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Saute the mix well
Add the cornstarch and soya granules. Mix and keep aside
For the casing: Mash the boiled potato, pepper, salt
Add the soya granule filling in the centre of the potato casing and garnish with coriander leaves. Cover the filling
Shallow fry and serve with a salsa.
