Ingredients:-
Rotis: 2
Chicken breast: 1
Desiccated coconut: ¼ cup
Breadcrumbs: ½ cup
Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Salt: A pinch
Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped tomato: 1
Thinly sliced cabbage: ¼ cup
Thinly sliced bell peppers: ¼ cup
Hung curd: 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Take a mixing bowl, add chicken breast and Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce. Mix it well and keep it aside
For coating
Mix together desiccated coconut, bread crumbs, salt, chilli powder and pepper powder
Coat chicken breast with coconut mixture and pan fry until golden brown
To make hung curd sauce - stir curd with chopped coriander, salt and a pinch of chilli powder
Assemble tacos by adding all vegetables and chicken
Top with a hung curd sauce
Pack the yummy chicken wrap in the tiffin.
