Ingredients:-
Whole wheat flour: 1 cup
Maida: ½ cup
Milk: 1 cup
Eggs: 2
Oil: ¼ cup
Cheese: ½ cup
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Pizza seasoning: 2 teaspoons
Crushed garlic clove: 2
Chopped tomato: 1
Chopped capsicum: 2 tablespoons
Chopped onion: 2 tablespoons
Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
Chilli flakes: 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
Preheat the OTG to 180ºC and grease a muffin pan
Mix together milk, eggs, oil and whisk it well
In a mixing bowl, add atta, maida, baking powder, garlic, salt, pizza seasoning and chilli flakes. Add the chopped vegetables to this mixture and mix it well
Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Add cheese and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup into the mixture
Pour in the mixture into the muffin pan
Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes
Pack the yummy muffins in the lunch box.
