HEALTHY DINNER IDEAS THAT KIDS LOVE TOO | QUICK + EASY MEAL PREP IDEAS

hey guys! welcome back! we all know finding healthy meals that kids love is hard so heres four recipes for you! please don't forget to give this video a ЁЯСН and don't forget to subscribe.

recipes

sweet potato nachos

-bake thin sliced sweet potatoes at 450 for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway (add salt, pepper, paprika, and some sort of spray)

-add whatever toppings (black beans, meatless meat, turkey, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, etc!)

healthy chicken salad

-use rotisserie chicken or chicken breast (i cooked two chicken breast on a skillet in coconut oil topped with trader joes season salt)

-apples, cranberries, and grapes

-1/2 c greek yogurt, 2 tbsp mayo, & 2 tbsp honey

-salt and pepper to taste

-1 bag precut cauliflower (or you can chop your own)

-1 case sausage (i used a simple truth pork sausage from Kroger)

-bell peppers chopped, onion chopped

-1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp italian seasoning, 1 tsp paprika, salt and pepper

-1/2 chicken broth

1. brown sausage, remove

2. cook peppers & onions, add broth and seasonings

3. add microwaved cauliflower

4. mix everything together

simple green chicken chili

-2 chicken breasts

-1/2 onion chopped

-1 cup chicken broth

-1 can green chillies

-1 can white beans (I wish I had used two)

-garlic powder, salt, and pepper

1. cook chicken with spices and onion

2. add beans, broth, and chilies

3. cook for 30 minutes on low

4. add whatever toppings you like!
