Here is another one healthy snacks recipe especially for kids snacks and tiffine box. I am sharing here Veg Poha Cutlet.

Ingredients:
1 cup Thick Flattened rice ( Thick poha)
2 medium sized boiled potato
2 tbsp grated carrot
2 tbsp grated cabbage ( optional)
chopped onion 1 tbsp
chopped coriander leaves
1 green chilli chopped
1 tspoon grated ginger
1/2 tspoon coriander powder
1/4 tspoon red chilli powder
1/4 tspoon garam masala powder
1 tspoon cumin seeds
1 tsppon dry mangopowder
salt as per taste
Oil for frying ( 5-6 tbsp)
Semolina for coating ( 3-4 tsbsp)
