1/4 tsp - haldi powder(turmeric)
1/4 tsp - dhaniya powder (coriander powder)

1/3 tsp - rai (Brown mustard seeds)
5 - curry patta (curry leaves)
2 tsp - pyaz ( onion )
1/4 tsp - haldi powder (turmeric)
1 tbsp or 1/2 bowl - gajar (carrots)
1 tbsp or 1/2 bowl - beans
Salt
1/4 tsp - dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1/4 tsp jeera powder (cumin powder)
Sandwich :-

1 tsp - refined oil
2 tsp - pyaz (onion)
1 tbsp - beans
1 tbsp - gajar ( carrots)
1/4 tsp - dhaniya powder
1/4 jeera powder
Salt
1 medium - potato
1/2 - cheese cube
