Ingredients
Palak-1bunch
Atta-1 1/2cup +1 tbsp
Water-1/4cup
Salt-
Oil-1tbsp
Method
Blanch palak in boiling water for seconds ..
Then remove and after cooling down ,make a fine paste by grinding 1/4 cup water ..
Then in a bowl add this palak puree ,oil and salt ..Mix well.
Then add Wheat Flour in small amounts and make a soft dough by kneading for 2-3 minutes ..
Then close and keep the dough for 10 -20 minutes ..
Then roll and make chapatti ..
