Ingredients
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Ghee: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Grated cheese: 4 tablespoons
Sliced mushrooms: 1 cup
Sliced garlic: 1 clove
Red chilli flakes: 1/2 teaspoon
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
Heat a pan, add oil, garlic, red chilli flakes and mushrooms. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
In a big bowl, add flour, ghee and salt. Mix well.
Gently knead the dough by adding the water slowly into the smooth dough.
Now roll the dough into a thin sheet. Spread the Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup thoroughly. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Now roll the sheet into a big cylindrical shape, chop it into 1 inch small pieces.
Grease a baking tray with oil. Place the pinwheels in the baking tray.
Bake at 200° in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes. Flip once in between.
