Hi friends , in this video i share about the preparation of Healthy, Tasty , Restaurant Style Mushroom Masala Dosa. Mushroom is very rich in Fiber , Protein Beta Glucose & has least calorie .So it is suitable for those who are in weight reducing process. Try this kids friendly recipe & enjoy the taste.

INGREDIENTS

Idli Dosa Batter

Button Mushroom - 200 g

Ghee + Oil Mix - 10 ml

Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp

Green Chili - 1 No

Garlic Pods - 5 Pods

Grated Ginger - 1 Tsp

Big Onion - 3 Nos

Tomato - 2 Nos

Coriander leaves - 1 Fist ful

Chili Powder - 1 Tsp

Garam Masala - 1 Tsp

Salt - To Taste
