Kids healthy snacks / tea time healthy snacks/ sweet corn vadas

Ingredients

Sweet corn 1 cup

Chickpea flour 1/2 cup ( gram flour )

Carrot finely grated 1/2 cup

Coriander leaves 3 tbsp

Curry leaves 3 tbsp

Green chillis 4

Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

Grated ginger 1 tsp

Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Turmeric powder pinch

Oil for frying

Tomato chilli sauce 1 tbsp
