Fried rice | Super healthy, tasty and filling tiffin recipe for kids | Best evening snack for kids

Making easy and fast meals in the morning for tiffin of our kids is one of very common issues nowadays. Everyday we struggle with issue that what should I give my kid in the tiffin to eat, what that is really healthy and tasty.

So now you can give tasty and super healthy fried rice to your kids in their tiffin boxes and you will be surprised to see that their tiffin will be empty when they find this tasty food in their tiffin box. Moreover, you can give these fried rice to your kid as evening snack also.

Recipe:

Ingredients:

Oil - 2 tbs

Chopped garlic & Ginger - 1 tsp

Onion chopped - 1

Capsicum (green red or whichever available) - 1

Carrot chopped - 1

Green beans - 10-12

Sauces:

tomato sauce - 1 tsp

Ching's green chilli sauce - 1 tsp

White vinegar - 1 itsp

Soya sauce - 1 tsp (optional)

Masale:

Salt- Tastewise

Red chilli powder - Tastewise

Mixed herbs - 1 tsp (link given above)

Method:

Heat the oil in the pan, add chopped garlic and fry till the smells goes away. Now add chopped onion and fry until it turns translucent. Now add capsicum and fry it for few seconds, and add rest of the vegetables and cook them without the add of water. Now add all the sauces one by one and add all spices also. Mix the mixture well and cook for few minutes.

Now add cooked rice in this mixture, and mix the mixture with rice well so that rice completely coat in the rice.

Fried rice is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander and add a few drops of lemon.

Note:

If you are adding freshly prepared rice than keep them little raw as they will be cooked while frying them.
