Here is the meal plan I used to lose 22lbs within a month.

This meal plan is 1,411 calories with the following breakdown of macros:

79% Fat,

15% Protein, and

6% Carbs

***Please note: I do combine intermediate fasting (23:1), the OMAD Diet (One Meal A Day) and Keto Diet (high fats, low carbs).***
