Soya poha Pancakes is a novel healthy recipe prepared from soya granules. Kids would love to taste this anytime.
Ingredients:
POHA/FLATTENED RICE (confirm which one to be used)
SEMOLINA
CURD
NUTRELA SOYA GRANULES
GINGER
GREEN CHILLI
ONION
CAPSICUM
RED BELL PEPPER
GREEN CHILLI
CORIANDER LEAVES
SALT
RED CHILLI POWDER
CHAAT MASALA
NUTRELA SOYABEAN OIL
Method:
First take some poha...soak it in water for 5 min.
Squeeze the water and then put it in a bowl.
Now take bread, cut d sides...
Dip in water, squeeze the water out and add to poha...
Now add soya granules, rice flour( can add cornflour also, if rice flour is not available).
Add onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli flakes, chaat masala and fresh coriander.
Then add sm curd.
The dough should be a little moist, not very dry.
Now grease a plate , put d dough in it and let it rest in d fridge for app.10 min.
Now take it out
Cut into pieces...
You can either deep fry or shallow fry them.
Soya poha namkeen cakes are ready.
