Scrambled egg sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

Egg(മുട്ട) - 3

Onion(സവാള) - 2 big

Green chilly(പച്ചമുളക്) - 6

Salt(ഉപ്പ്) - for taste

Parsley(പാര്‍സ്ലി) - 1.5 tsp

Chilly powder(മുളക് പൊടി) - 1 tsp

Pepper powder(കുരുമുളക്പൊടി) - 1.5 tsp

Garam masala(ഗരം മസാല) - 1/2 tsp

Tomato(തക്കാളി) - 2 small

Tomato sauce(ടോമാടോ സോസ്) - 2 tbsp

Ginger(ഇഞ്ചി) - 1/4 tsp

Bread slices(ബ്രെഡ്‌) - 10

Butter(ബട്ടര്‍) - 2 tbsp

Olive oil(ഒലിവ് എണ്ണ ) - 2 tbsp
