If you needed another reason to love the adorable Pete Wentz, how about the fact he speaks so openly about his bipolar disorder??
The Fall Out Boy bassist has been a great mental health advocate for the past couple years, being transparent about issues lots of people face. And in the new issue of People he has a message of hope for them as he reveals he's doing better than ever:
"Living with purpose and having a schedule with my family has brought me balance. I think it can be different for everyone, but for me, just being able to talk through things, meditate and exercise has been helpful.
So great! Pete's fam is of course his sons Bronx Mowgli with ex Ashlee Simpson and Saint Lazslo with longtime GF Meagan Camper — and their daughter on the way. So much balance!
Of course, Pete isn't the only celeb to open up. Kanye West, Jon Hamm, Demi Lovato, and many others have openly discussed their psychological struggles as well.
