**Fajita Recipe**
1 pack Chicken Tenderloins cut in half, the long way (or 2 chicken breast cut in long strips)
1 yellow onion cut into long strips
1 green bellpepper cut into long strips
1 tbs Olive oil
1 tbs chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt/pepper to taste

Season the chicken with all of the spices. Heat a saute pan over medium high heat. Add your oil and then lay the chicken evenly into the pan. Let cook over medium high for 7 min, then flip the chicken and add the peppers and onions. Let cook 3 min and stir. Let cook 4 more min and it's ready.

*Hint- The peppers should have a slight bite to them but If you want the peppers to get softer, use a lid.

**tortillas**
Heat a flat pan or comal over medium high heat. Cook the tortillas on 1 side 1st. Flip when tortilla fills slightly with air (about 45 secs). Let cook on the other side for only about 10 secs. Keep warm in foil, a pan with a lid, or a tortilla warmer.

*Hint- You can heat the tortillas, stacked on top of each other, for 1 min, in the microwave. They will be warm and soft. Not crispy.
