All is fair in love and Warhol.

Houston police arrested 29-year-old Lindy Lou Layman on Dec. 23, after she caused at least $300,000 worth of damage at a first date’s house, including two original Andy Warhol paintings valued at $500,000 each.

According to the Associated Press via the Mercury News, Layman had gone on a date with Tony Buzbee, a prominent Houston attorney. Prosecutors say Buzbee told investigators Layman had gotten too drunk on their date, and he called her an Uber. She allegedly refused to leave and hid in his home, becoming aggressive when he found her. Police say she tore down three paintings, including the Warhol originals, poured red wine on some, and threw two $20,000 sculptures.

Buzbee may not even miss his pricy art pieces—his home, originally listed for $14 million before his purchase, sounds pretty lavish in the first place, with “five wood-burning fireplaces, a 17th Century French mantle, limestone floors, mahogany ceiling beams and a slate roof that was cut in Spain,” according to SFGate. He reportedly broke a Houston record for most-expensive single-family home after buying the house in 2013.

Layman was released on Sunday on $30,000 bond and faces a felony criminal mischief charge.

Buzbee previously represented former Gov. Rick Perry in his abuse of power case, and formerly fundraised for and donated to President Donald Trump’s campaign until the release of the Access Hollywood tape that showed Trump bragging about sexually assaulting women.

Dallas Morning News reports Buzbee previously made local headlines for picking a fight with his homeowner’s association for refusing to move a World War II tank parked outside of his home and was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in 2016 (and questioned of receiving special treatment for his case’s quick dismissal).

He’s also reportedly still married to his wife of 26 years. So, yeah, not exactly the most appealing of dates—perhaps so wretched as to move someone to leave hundreds of thousands of dollars of destruction in their wake? Who’s to say!

Layman yelled, “I’m not leaving,” before attacking the artwork, prosecutors said at her initial court appearance. Yes, the battle-cry of a true date-night warrior princess.
